PLEASE NOTE: We are selling these saddles and accessories at a substantial discount. At our prices, we do not maintain a staff to answer your phone questions nor to take phone orders. However, if you have questions, please email them to us, and we will do our best to get the answers for you. We are very interested in selling you Simco-Longhorn products, but we are not very interested in having you return them to us, as Simco-Longhorn is not very interested in having us return items to them. Therefore, please make sure the item you are ordering is the item you want. Saddles are usually sent directly from Simco-Longhorn. They are first quality but are not custom made saddles designed to fit your horse perfectly. If you are seeking a custom-made saddle, we cannot provide it. Simco-Longhorn trees are warranted against breakage for 5 years in specified normal use, and Simco-Longhorn will repair or replace any saddle found to have defects in material or workmanship for 30 days from date of proven purchase. If it is in stock, your Longhorn saddle will be sent out to you via UPS from Tennessee or Texas within one business day of your order and payment. Otherwise, we will advise you of when your saddle will be available.

All this said, should you order a Simco-Longhorn saddle (or accessory) and find that you must return it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the original costs of shipping the saddle to you, along with a 20% restocking fee mandated by Simco-Longhorn. Any returned saddle or accessory must be in "as new" condition, so we suggest using a clean blanket underneath the saddle the first time you try it on your horse.
